Hi, I’m Morgan — Founder of CAVU Realty, licensed real estate broker, airline pilot, pilot’s wife, and proud volleyball + baseball mom. I spent a decade or more commuting across the country as a commercial airline pilot, so I understand better than most how tough it can be to balance a high-demand career, a busy family life, and the search for the perfect place to build a life and career you love.
After years of living out of a suitcase and navigating cross-country commutes, my husband and I made the decision to plant roots right here in Atlanta — and we quickly realized just how overwhelming that decision can be.
What area is best for our lifestyle? How do we compare school systems, sports programs, and commuting options? What does day-to-day life actually look like in the Atlanta suburbs?
That experience led me to becoming a top producing agent as a rookie, and after years of experience and obtaining my brokers license, I built CAVU Realty, a boutique brokerage based in the Atlanta Metro area. We specialize in residential real estate and uniquely serve aviation professionals and their families making a move to what I like to call "Mecca", or Atlanta...

When I received notice of furlough in 2020, I proactively began into real estate and quickly saw the gap: aviation families needed a real estate partner who truly “gets it.” Someone who understands nontraditional pay structures, rotating schedules, the pressure of base transfers, and how much data-driven decision-making matters to people who live and work by checklists.
That’s why I built my brand as The Aviator Agent®, offering the same level of professionalism, precision, and preparedness I bring to every flight. Like any good pilot, I believe in staying ahead of the airplane — and that philosophy drives how we navigate every transaction at CAVU Realty.
Today, I still fly part-time as what I jokingly call an “air chauffeur,” but my focus is firmly on the ground — helping families find their perfect landing spot in the Atlanta Metro. From fly-in communities and executive estates to family-friendly suburbs and investment properties, I’ve structured my life and business to serve people like you: busy, ambitious, family-first professionals who need expert guidance and a smooth flight path to their next chapter.
